Founded in 1979 in Orange County, California, the Firm now serves clients throughout Southern California from offices located in central Orange County and downtown Los Angeles, and through seven heavily interrelated practice areas: litigation, business counseling and transactions, employment and labor law, insurance coverage and community associations, tax planning and collection, estate planning, and probate/conservatorship.
