David Davidson, Senior Associate
David received his undergraduate degree from California State University San Bernardino (BA, 1994) and his law degree from Chapman University School of Law (JD, 2000), where he served as the Senior Articles Editor of the Chapman Law Review. In 2001 he went on to earn an L.L.M. in Environmental & Natural Resource Law from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis & Clark College, Portland.
David’s practice focuses on general civil litigation and administrative law, with an emphasis in construction, professional liability, and Cal/OSHA appeals. He is a member of the Orange County and Federal Bar Associations, and admitted to practice before the United States Federal Court of Claims.
