David received his undergraduate degree from California
State University San Bernardino (BA, 1994) and law degree
from Chapman University School of Law (JD, 2000), where
he served as the Senior Articles Editor of the Chapman
Law Review. Thereafter, he earned his L.L.M. in Environmental
& Natural Resource Law from Northwestern School
of Law at Lewis & Clark College, Portland (2001).
His practice focuses on general civil litigation
and administrative law, with an emphasis in construction,
professional liability, and Cal/OSHA appeals.
He is a member of the Orange County and
Federal Bar Associations, and admitted to practice before
the United States Federal Court of Claims.
