Chuck received his undergraduate degree from Pitzer College of the Claremont Colleges (BA, 1975), and his law degree from the University of Southern California (JD, 1979).

His practice focuses on insurance coverage and litigation, including bad faith, environmental coverage, first party property and builder's risk coverage, primary and excess liability coverage and reinsurance matters. For over 20 years, Chuck has represented clients in complex litigation, including product liability, construction defect, professional liability, mass tort and environmental litigation matters.

Chuck frequently lectures on insurance coverage and bad faith issues to legal and professional organizations. He is an active member of the Los Angeles County and San Fernando Valley Bar Associations, and of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and a member of the Board of Trustees for Pitzer College of the Claremont Colleges.
