Houman Esmailpour, Senior Associate
Houman received his undergraduate degree from Boston University (BA, cum laude, 2001) majoring in both International Relations and Political Science, with a minor in History; and he obtained a Masters in Public Administration from Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs (M.P.A., 2004) and concurrently acquired his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law (JD, cum laude, 2004). In addition, he holds a Master of Laws in taxation from the New York University School of Law (LL.M., 2005) and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
His practice emphasizes construction law and litigation; and he has successfully represented construction contractors concerning a wide array of matters including payment and change order claims, surety claims, labor code violations and bid protests.
Houman is a member of the Association of California Construction Managers (ACCM), the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), and the Southern California Contractors Association (SCCA).
