Miguel A. Iniguez

Miguel received his undergraduate degree from University of California at Los Angeles (BA -Political Science, 1999) and his law degree from Pepperdine School of Law in Malibu, California (JD, 2003).

His practice focuses on general civil litigation including insurance defense, construction litigation and personal injury matters. He has experience in representation of general contractors, subcontractors and various other clients in both construction accident and defect matters. Miguel has also represented clients in complex litigation, including product liability, toxic tort and asbestos litigation.

Miguel was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2003. He is admitted to practice before the United States Federal Court, Central Division, and is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
