Jason J. Fratts, Associate
Jason received his undergraduate degree from University of California, Los Angeles (BA, 1998) where he received Provost's honors, and his law degree from the University of San Diego (JD, 2002), where he served as a member of the Land Use Clinic and received an American Jurisprudence Award in Ethics. He is also a veteran of the United States Navy, where he received numerous service awards.
His practice focuses on general civil litigation.
