Jillisa L. O'Brien, Partner
Jillisa received her undergraduate degree from California State University, Fullerton (BA, 1993); and her law degree from Southwestern University School of Law (JD, 1997).
Her practice emphasizes the areas of construction, insurance defense and professional liability litigation; and she has significant experience in representing general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in claims concerning construction defect, construction cost overruns and delays, construction accidents and professional malpractice. Additionally, she represents Common Interest Developments in transactional matters and serves as General Counsel to Home Owner Associations, and also assists individuals in resolving disputes with their associations.
She is an active member in the Orange County Bar Association, the Community Associations Institute, and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
