Jillisa L. O'Brien, Partner
Jillisa concentrates her practice in the areas of construction, insurance defense and professional liability litigation. She has significant experience in representation of general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in claims concerning construction defect, construction cost overruns and delays, construction accidents and professional malpractice. Additionally, Jillisa represents Common Interest Developments in transactional matters and serves as General Counsel to Home Owner Associations, while continuing to assist individuals resolve disputes with their associations.
Jillisa graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication from California State University at Fullerton (BA, 1993) and received her law degree from Southwestern University School of Law (JD, 1997).
She is an active member in the Orange County Bar Association, the Community Associations Institute, and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
