The Firm counsels and represents employers in all aspects
of the "world of work." Areas of expertise include
wage and hour matters, H/R policies and practices, wrongful
termination, labor relations and NLRB issues, sexual harassment,
ADA concerns and other employment discrimination issues for
both public and private employers; and our services address
all aspects of the employment relationship such as negotiating
and drafting employment/labor agreements, assisting in the
development of policy manuals, devising preventive maintenance
systems to avoid employment litigation and creating confidentiality
agreements to protect both proprietary information and business
relationships, and representing employers in all manner of
employment litigation.
