Mark received his undergraduate degree from UCLA (BA, Magna Cum Laude, 1996), where he received Phi Beta Kappa honors, and his law degree from the University of California, Davis (JD, 2000), where he was recognized by The Order of the Barristers.

His practice focuses on general civil litigation.
