Larry received his undergraduate degree from San Diego State University (BA, 1982), and his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (JD, l986).
His practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on construction law, and on representing and counseling contractors and design professionals and he has received Martindale Hubbell's "av preeminent", the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.
Larry is a member of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel; the Association of California Construction Managers; the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA); and Southern California Contractors Association, and he has lectured for various professional organizations including the AIA Orange County, the ACEC California, the Orange County Bar Association and the California Bar Associations Construction Law Section.
