Bob received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Irvine (BA, 1977) where he attained Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors. He received his law degree from the top rated UCLA School of Law (JD, 1980) where he was a participant in the Moot Court Honors Program. He has received Martindale Hubbell’s highest “AV” rating for his professional accomplishments.

Bob is an experienced and accomplished civil litigator and trial attorney. He has defended clients in high profile civil cases, and prosecuted clients’ damages claims in complex business and probate litigation cases. He has successfully procured a series of multi-million dollar trial judgments for his clients over the past few years alone.

Bob is active in the Business Litigation section of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Association of Business Trial Lawyers, and sits on the governing board for the Elder Law section of the Orange County Bar Association.
