Timothy received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego (B.A., 1999) and his law degree from Pepperdine University School of the Law (J.D., 2003). In addition, he holds a Masters in Law, specializing in taxation, from University of San Diego (LL.M., 2004).

His practice focuses on estate planning, probate and conservator matters; tax counseling; representation in tax collection and litigation matters;

Timothy is involved in the Estate Planning and Tax Section's of the American Bar Association, California Bar Association, and Orange County Bar Association.
