Mike received his undergraduate from USC (BS, Cum Laude, 1976), and his law degree from Pepperdine University (JD, 1979). Mike has lectured for the CEB and the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, and is a past Chairman of the Construction Law Section of the Orange County Bar Association.
