Michelle Canale Berger, Partner
Michelle concentrates her practice in the areas of construction, insurance defense and professional liability litigation. She has significant experience in representation of all contractors, subcontractors and design professionals concerning professional malpractice, construction defect and construction cost overrun and delay claims, and also handles all aspects of insurance claims and litigation that involve construction matters.
She received her undergraduate degree from University of California at Riverside with a degree in English Literature (BA, 1994) and her law degree from Southwestern University School of Law (JD, 1997).
She is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
