Michelle R. Berger, Partner
Michelle received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Riverside (BA, 1994), and her law degree from Southwestern Law School (JD, 1997).
Her practice emphasizes the areas of construction, insurance defense and professional liability litigation; and she has significant experience in representing general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in claims concerning construction defect, construction cost overruns and delays, and also handles all aspects of insurance claims and litigation that involve construction matters.
She is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
