Michelle R. Generaux, Partner
Michelle received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame (BA, 1993), and her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law (JD, Cum Laude 1996). She began her law career in Minnesota (l996), and has been practicing law in California since 2001.
Her practice is focused on the representation of privately held businesses, with an emphasis on architectural and engineering firms. She has extensive experience in entity selection and formation, contract drafting and negotiation, ownership transitions and mergers and acquisitions, as well as in litigating various business claims and disputes. She also practices in the areas of probate and trust administration.
She is an active member of the American and Orange County Bar Associations as well as a member of the board of directors of the Notre Dame Club of Orange County and the founder of the Notre Dame Professionals of Orange County.
