Michelle concentrates her practice in the areas of construction,
insurance defense and professional liability litigation.
She has significant experience in representation of
general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals
concerning professional malpractice, construction defect,
cost overrun and delay claims. Michelle also handles
all aspects of insurance claims and litigation that
impact construction matters. She has represented professionals,
including architects and engineers in a variety of malpractice
claims, in both mediation, arbitration and trial.
Michelle received her undergraduate degree
from University of California at Riverside with a degree
in English Literature in 1994, and her law degree from
Southwestern University School of Law in 1997.
Michelle is an active member of the Orange
County Bar Association and Association of Southern California
Defense Counsel.
