Oz earned his undergraduate degree in Finance/Real Estate/Business Law from California Polytechnic University, Pomona (BS, 2001) and his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law, where he was a member of the Southwestern Moot Court Honors Program (JD, 2005).

Oz practices in the areas of insurance defense, general civil litigation, and business litigation.  

He is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association.
