Bob did his undergraduate work at the University of California, Irvine (BA, 1977) where he attained Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors; and he received his law degree from UCLA School of Law (JD, 1980) where he was a participant in the Moot Court Honors Program.

An accomplished litigator and trial attorney, Bob has defended clients in high profile civil cases and prosecuted damage claims in complex business and probate litigation actions. He has received Martindale Hubbell's highest "av" rating for his professional accomplishments; and he is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a prestigious invitation-only organization of elite trial advocates, and of the exclusive Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Bob is active in the Business Litigation section of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Association of Business Trial Lawyers, and is a two-time past member of the governing board for the Elder Law section of the Orange County Bar Association.
