Bob received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Irvine (BA, 1977), where he attained Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors. He received his law degree from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law (JD, 1980), where he was a participant in the Moot Court Honors Program. He has received Martindale Hubbell’s highest “av” rating for his professional accomplishments.
An experienced and accomplished civil litigator and trial attorney, Bob has defended clients in high profile civil cases and prosecuted clients’ damages claims in complex business and probate litigation actions. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a prestigious, invitation only organization of elite trial advocates nationwide. He also has been selected as a member of the exclusive Million Dollar Advocates Forum based on his trial successes.
Bob is active in the Business Litigation section of the Orange County Bar Association and the Orange County Association of Business Trial Lawyers, and is a past two-time member of the governing board for the Elder Law section of the Orange County Bar Association.
