In tax planning, we provide cost-saving advice regarding capital formation, entity
formation, ongoing operations and mergers and acquisitions to a wide array of
businesses, as well as for minimizing taxes related to personal investments and
estate planning matters to individuals.
Taxpayer Representation
We represent our clients in dealings with the IRS, the California Franchise Tax Board, the EDD, the State Board of Equalization and other taxing authorities during all phases of the tax assessment and collection process including complex tax audits, internal IRS appeals, tax
litigation and the negotiation of payment plans and compromises.
