Thomas J. Skane, Sr. Partner
Tom received his undergraduate degree from University of California at Irvine (BA, 1981) and his law degree from Loyola Law School (JD, 1984).
His practice focuses on civil litigation, including construction litigation, business litigation, disability litigation, insurance defense, professional liability defense and family law.
Tom has extensive experience in the representation of contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in a wide array of construction matters, and in defending numerous and varied claims against both private and public entities. He now heads the Firm’s Family law group, bringing his extensive litigation experience to this practice area.
He is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
