Timothy J. McElfish, Associate
Timothy received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego (B.A., 1999) and his law degree from Pepperdine University School of the Law (J.D., 2003). In addition, he holds a Masters in Law, specializing in taxation, from University of San Diego (LL.M., 2004).
His practice focuses on estate planning, probate and conservator matters; tax, business and corporate counseling; and tax collection and litigation matters.
Timothy is involved in the Business Law, Estate Planning and Taxation Sections of the American Bar Association, as well as the Estate Planning and Taxation Sections of the California Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.
