Oz Tannenbaum is a Senior Associate in MMNT’s Business Litigation Group. He advises and represents individuals and companies in all aspects of litigation in both state and federal court, with a focus in business, construction, personal injury/wrongful death, and employment disputes. He also counsels property owners regarding landlord-tenant and accessibility matters.
Additionally, Oz advises small and mid-size business owners in efforts to avoid, or when necessary, initiate litigation. In his capacity as outside general counsel, and using his 10+ years of litigation experience, he also drafts contracts to meet his clients’ needs and oversees insurance-defended litigation.
Oz earned his undergraduate degree in Finance/Real Estate/Business Law from California Polytechnic University, Pomona (BS, 2001), and his law degree from Southwestern University School of Law where he was a member of the Southwestern Moot Court Honors Program (JD, 2005).
In addition to spending time with his family, Oz enjoys playing ice hockey and being outdoors.
